Job positions creation and increasing the participation of employees in work-active population are the key conditions of a stable and long-term economic development. In this way the SNP CG strongly supports the implementation of active employment policy.

Such a policy must be balanced with the needs of employers, and the capabilities of the education system.

Special policies the state must devise and implement in relation to individuals with employability factor of difficulty, people with disabilities, persons who have become technologically surpluses and persons who are unemployed long.

Employment policy interns should not be based solely on the basis of quality because only in this way contributes to the improvement of employment structure in Montenegro.

SNP CG indicates that in Montenegro should be good environment for free and effective trade union organization. Only free and free from political influence unions ensure protection of the rights of employees, which are due to poor transition and inefficient, and in some cases illegal privatization significantly reduced or are not respected.

SNP CG is a party which one of the essential elements just based on the goals of union organizing. So, we want to actively work with unions on a partnership basis for this cooperation may improve as a greater respect for the employers rights and creating an adequate legislative and legal environment that ensures their safety.
